Moku Manu Island Seabird Adventure

TOUR DESCRIPTION:
Moku Manu island is the most important seabird sanctuary in the main Hawaiian islands.
Several species only nest on Moku Manu and nowhere else on the eight major islands. These include Gray-backed Tern, Masked Booby, Christmas Shearwater and Great Frigatebird. The spectacle of tens of thousands of birds including Sooty Terns, Brown Noddies, Red-footed boobies and other species flying all around the island is a thrilling and awesome wildlife experience.
The island is a protected seabird sanctuary and no one is permitted to go ashore. By special arrangement, we have chartered a luxury 44 foot yacht, that can approach the island by sea. We spend one hour relaxing near the island while observing the greatest gathering of seabirds Hawaii has to offer.
